In 1963, Anna Fiorino arrived in Hamilton from Italy. The teenager started working at the newly opened Capri Ristorante, cooking the traditional homemade Italian food she had grown up with. Today, Anna owns the restaurant, along with her husband, Genaro, and son, Salvatore. And she is still cooking the same quality Italian food people have come to love.
Dishes like gnocchi, risotto, cannelloni, inspired by Anna’s family in Calabria, Italy. And new favourites, like our signature pizzas, baked in our wood fire pizza oven. All homemade with quality ingredients.
